Vida Hajebi
Born in 1936
Iranian social justice activist and writer.
She was one of the first Iranian architecture students in Paris. Attracted by revolutionary thoughts, she established herself as one of the prominent figures of the left faced with the Shah’s regime and fought all her life for social justice. She spent the years between 1972 and 1978 as a political prisoner.
She stayed in France, Venezuela, Algeria and Iran and spent half her life in prison and in exile.
